But Kane is undecided on whether he wants to leave the Premier League for the Bundesliga yet.
There is a five-year contract on the table but the striker is weighing up whether he wants to depart so close to the season, talkSPORT understands.
Kane and Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou have built up a strong relationship over the past few weeks and he does not want to leave the Aussie coach in the lurch.
Equally, the 30-year-old has been linked with a departure throughout the summer and has at no point denied it.
