PSV vs Rangers free bets, tips and odds on talkSPORT BET
The second leg between PSV and Rangers in the Champions League play-offs on Wednesday night in the Netherlands.
PSV vs Rangers odds
The Eredivisie side have played just twice in the league so far this season and are looking capable of extending a prominent unbeaten run according to the bookies at 9/20.
Rangers took the lead twice at the Ibrox last Tuesday making the most of their chances but were pegged back twice, for that to repeat again is a huge 16/5 price on a draw. While the Scottish side to win and get through the Champions League play-offs are as high as 19/4.

PSV vs Rangers predictions
PSV will be fresher than Rangers, who played on Saturday as the Dutch team have been able to rest since the game on Tuesday night.
They finished second in the league last season with just five losses to their name in 34 matches, but went on a long unbeaten run in all competitions in the second half of the season.
From February they haven’t lost a competitive match of football and that was in jeopardy last week in Scotland, before ex-Barcelona and Sevilla striker, Luuk de Jong got them back on level terms late on.
The home advantage should play another big part in the clash this time around but the value is certainly going against the odds for a draw.
PSV vs Rangers betting tips
Both teams to score, de Jong to score, over 3.5 cards – 29/10
De Jong is used to scoring in the Champions League, in fact he has a great record with PSV alone in this competition, scoring 12 in just 26 appearances for the Dutch side.
And since making a comeback to the Eredivisie, he’s managed to score 15 goals in just 26 appearances in all competitions for PSV, after departing Sevilla.
His loan spell at Barcelona was a fairly successful one too and has a huge amount of experience that makes him a big contender to score against Rangers once more.
That said, Rangers always find a way to score – they had just 30% of the ball last week and still managed to get two past the unbeaten team.
They won comfortably at the weekend against Ross County with Kemar Roofe and James Tavernier scoring again, and the goals can come from all over the pitch with their squad, in what is set to be an entertaining evening of European football.
Rangers had four yellow cards alone in the first leg and it’s more than likely going to be more spread out with everything on the line.
