Man City fan who celebrated with Erling Haaland after goal against Sheffield United is former world champion boxer
The Manchester City fan who celebrated with Erling Haaland during his goal is a former world champion boxer, it has been revealed.
Terry Flanagan is a retired British pro fighter holding the WBO lightweight title between 2015 and 2017.

The 34-year-old lost just two of his 38 fights, recording 14 KOs during that time.
Flanagan was in attendance to watch his side defeat Sheffield United 2-1 at Bramall Lane on Sunday afternoon.
Haaland had missed a penalty earlier on in the match, as Man City found it difficult to breakdown a stubborn Blades.
The Norway international eventually found the back of the net, heading home a Jack Grealish cross.
Flanagan then made his way from the stands onto the pitch, and was seen jumping on Haaland’s back, whilst joining in the City celebrations.
The former fighter was also seen kissing the Norway international’s neck, with Bernardo Silva shocked what he was witnessing.
Security guards quickly rushed onto the scene to remove Flanagan, and usher him out of the stadium.
Jayden Bogle did equalise for Paul Heckingbottom’s side on 85 minutes, and Sheffield United looked to have secured a point.

Man City midfielder Rodri had other ideas, though, firing home to ensure his side left Yorkshire with all three points.
Pep Guardiola’s side are back in action when they take on Fulham in the Premier League at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
