Lucas Paqueta ‘agrees Man City deal but West Ham want £95m’ as David Moyes confirms offer
West Ham boss David Moyes has revealed the club have received a bid from Manchester City for Lucas Paqueta.
Following a hugely impressive debut season at the Hammers, City are keen to bring the Brazilian to the Etihad Stadium.

Moyes has revealed that Guardiola’s side have in fact submitted an offerGetty
Paqueta joined West Ham from Lyon last summer and played a crucial role in their Europa Conference League triump.
talkSPORT understands he wants to join City although there is still a lot of work to do.
According to reports, Paqueta has spoken with Pep Guardiola about a move to City and has agreed personal terms over a six-year contract at the Etihad Stadium.
French football journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi claims City have offered €85million plus €10m in add-ons for the 25-year-old Brazilian.
That equates to around £82m in total, but West Ham are reportedly demanding €110m [£95m] without bonuses.
West Ham, who recently welcomed the arrival of Edson Alvarez from Ajax, are reluctant to sell.
This has not deterred City from making an attempt though as Moyes revealed on Friday: “We’ve received an offer from City for Paqueta.
“At the moment it’s not anywhere near meeting our valuation.”
They are also eyeing a loan move for City youngster Cole Palmer, who scored in their Community Shield defeat against Arsenal.
Although the Hammers could lose a prized asset in Paqueta, they may be set to bring in Premier League quality as a replacement.
Moyes’ side have agreed a deal with Southampton to sign James Ward-Prowse for a fee of £30million.
They are also set to sign Harry Maguire from Manchester United for the same fee as their summer business continues.
West Ham had remained the only Premier League club to not complete a summer signing with just days until the new season.
However they have finally got their business underway with Alvarez, but could see Paqueta head for the exit door.
