KSI does ‘Siu’ celebration after saving IShowSpeed penalty but then concedes comical own-goal

IShowSpeed squandered the opportunity to score in the Sidemen charity match as he hit a penalty straight at KSI.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer, who decided to play in goal this year ahead of his fight with Tommy Fury, then pulled off the ‘Siu’ celebration straight after.

In the opening moments of the second-half the YouTube All-Stars, managed by talkSPORT’s Mark Goldbridge, had the chance to reduce the deficit as they trailed 4-2.

They were awarded a penalty by Mark Clattenburg after W2S fouled ChrisMD inside the area.

Speed was on the bench at the time but was brought back onto the pitch to take the spot-kick, having failed to net in his second charity match outing.

A sold-out crowd at the London Stadium were waiting in anticipation as he ran up to take his spot-kick against rival KSI – who he took out in last year’s match.

But the American streamer hit his shot straight at KSI.

The Prime drinks founder then shouted ‘Siu’ at Speed, a celebration that is synonymous with Cristiano Ronaldo and the internet star.

KSI’s celebrations were very much short-lived, though, as he conceded just moments later when Max Fosh found the bottom corner, and then he was guilty of scoring a comical own-goal.

British YouTuber Chunkz sent in a speculative effort from a tight angle, which was easily saved by KSI, but he then dropped to his knees and inexplicably rolled over the goal line with the ball still in his arms.

KSI was then unbale to keep the ball from crossing the line and scored an own-goalSidemen YouTube

He was furious with the linesman at the decision to award a goalSidemen YouTube

He was adamant the ball had not crossed the line, but the 2.6million people streaming the game all saw it had.

The poor linesman saw it too, and he got an earful for correctly raising the flag.

KSI marched towards him and fumed [although it was certainly done in jest with the YouTube star failing to keep a smile off his face]: “ARE YOU DUMB?! ARE YOU MAD?! HOW IS THAT A GOAL?! NO WAY!”

Prior to the match he and his co-partner Logan Paul’s Prime company donated £250,000 to charity.

Over £1million was raised even before a ball was kicked in east London with over two million fans streaming the game live on YouTube.

Even with his fight against Fury on the horizon, KSI still entertained on the pitch in another successful charity match.
