Harry Kane’s wife gives birth to couple’s fourth child and Bayern star announces name in heartwarming Instagram post

Harry Kane’s wife Kate has given birth to their fourth child just days after he opened his account for Bayern Munich.

The couple shared the news on social media, with the childhood sweethearts welcoming their second son.

Bayern striker Kane wrote: “Welcome to the world Henry Edward Kane. 20/8/2023.

The wonderful news for Kane and his family tops off a frantic couple of weeks for the England skipper.

The 30-year-old confirmed his move to Bayern Munich little over a week ago with the German giants striking a deal worth more than £100million with Tottenham.

Kane was thrown straight into the spotlight by making his Bayern debut that same day in the 3-0 German Super Cup defeat to RB Leipzig, a clash that saw the striker appear as a second half substitute.

Spurs’ all-time record goalscorer was handed his full debut in the Bundesliga on Friday night.

Starting away at Werder Bremen, Kane chipped in with a goal and an assist as Thomas Tuchel’s side eased to a 4-0 win.

Speaking after his debut, Kane said: “It was great to be honest.

“The fans from both sides were incredible the whole game… really different to some of the Premier League atmospheres I’ve experienced.

“Of course our away fans were amazing, but credit to their fans as well. They were great.

“So I really enjoyed my experience, and I’m just happy that we came away with the win.”

Kane will now be hoping that their new arrival won’t stop him from getting the sleep needed to continue that goalscoring run for his new employers in the coming weeks.
