Harry Kane now as good as Lionel Messi but Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappe and Kevin De Bruyne better than everyone on EA Sports FC 24

Erling Haaland has the joint-highest rating of any player on the soon-to-be released EA Sports FC 24 video game.

The popular game, formerly known as FIFA, is due to be released on September 29 with fans eagerly anticipating who will be the biggest and best stars to try and sign this year.

After a staggering first season with Manchester City, it’s no surprise to see Haaland at the top of the list with a rating of 91.

A tally of 52 goals and nine assists in all competitions for the treble-winners is a record that can’t be matched by many, making him the must-have asset this year.

He joins Kylian Mbappe and Man City teammate, Kevin De Bruyne, at the top of the list as the three highest-rated men’s players.

Harry Kane is a notable name among the top players on the game, with the now-Bayern Munich star given a rating of 90.

He joins Karim Benzema, Robert Lewandowski and Thibaut Courtois as the second-highest-rated stars, along with football GOAT Lionel Messi who is also rated at 90.

The men’s other top stars on this year’s game include Mohamed Salah, Ruben Dias, Vini Jr, Rodri, Neymar Jr, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Virgil van Dijk and Alisson will also be players worth keeping an eye on given their rating of 89.

This year in Ultimate Team women will able able to play alongside men and so their ratings have also been released.

Barcelona stars Caroline Graham Hansen and Aitana Bonmati have a 90 rating, while Sam Kerr and Guro Reiten are the only WSL player to make the top 12 highest rated female stars with ratings of 90 and 88 respectively.

Barcelona have no less than four players in the top eight women’s stars on the new game, with Mapi Leon given a rating of 89 to join Hansen and Bonmati on the list.

While it won’t be a surprise to anybody, the Barcelona midfielder is the must-have star in the world of women’s football with a rating of 91, matching Mbappe, Haaland and De Bruyne as the four top players on the game.
