Boehly will also seen arriving to watch Mauricio Pochettino take charge of his first competitive fixture, as he handed four Premier League debuts.
All of this is happening amid a backdrop of a transfer battle between the two clubs.
The Moises Caicedo saga could lead to a potentially frosty meeting between the executives of the two clubs.
Liverpool stole a march on Chelsea by agreeing a £111million deal with Brighton for the 21-year-old.
The Blues had been negotiating with the Seagulls all summer and was Pochettino’s top target.
Jurgen Klopp even came out on Friday and said they had agreed a deal for Caicedo.
But, the saga is not done yet. Chelsea are still hopeful of hijacking the deal from right under Liverpool’s nose.
They are willing to go up to £115m, far exceeding the £100m Brighton initially wanted.

Caicedo is believed to be stalling on having his medical at Anfield as he wants to move to Stamford Bridge.
talkSPORT understands that Chelsea are willing to offer him an eight-year contract.
The two clubs are also going scrapping for Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia, with the Blues in pole position to agree a £55m deal.
As with the Caicedo drama, do not rule out a late twist in that one.
It is shaping up to be a pretty feisty encounter at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
