A video then circulated on social media of Richards appearing to get into a physical altercation with the unidentified man.

Former Manchester City and England defender Richards can be seen holding the man’s shirt and putting him up against a door in the video.

Meanwhile, Manchester United legend Keane can be seen speaking and gesturing towards the man, while a woman and another man are stood nearby.

It’s not clear what led to the incident and whether it took place before or after the match.

However, the Daily Mail reports that Keane being headbutted as he and Richards prepared to do their post-match punditry duties sparked the altercation.

Richards and Keane were working alongside Gary Neville, ex-Arsenal forward Theo Walcott, as well as presenter Dave Jones on the punditry team.

Marcus Rashford put Erik ten Hag’s side ahead with a curling effort on 27 minutes but Arsenal equalised instantly through Martin Odegaard.

It looked like Man United had won it when Alejandro Garnacho had won it when he slid the ball in the net late on, however, the strike was ruled out for offside following a VAR review.

That wasn’t to be the final twist in the encounter as goals by Declan Rice and Gabriel Jesus in stoppage time gave Arsenal the three points.
