Amon-Ra St Brown’s touchdown celebration might be what you’d call not safe for work (NSFW).
The 23-year-old Detroit Lions star scored the first touchdown of the new season in the 21-20 win over Kansas City Chiefs, but television cameras were quick to pan away as he danced – or humped – in delight.
Amon-Ra St. Brown celebrated the first touchdown of the NFL regular season with a unique celebration that was cut short by TV bosses
The Lions began the NFL regular season in Kansas City on Thursday, and late in the first quarter, St. Brown put the Lions up 7-0.
Then, as he began humping the air, TV bosses were quick to order their cameraman to focus their attention elsewhere.
And it didn’t go unnoticed, with many fans taking to X, formerly known as Twitter to laugh at the moment.
“He’s my new fav person,” one commented.
Another declared: “I’m so glad the NFL’s back lmao (laughing my a** off.)
Others believe it could hit the wide receiver’s bank balance.
“Fine incoming,” one wrote followed by laughing emojis, while one added: “That fine already sealed in the envelope [and] waiting to be mailed.
St. Brown often practices his moves, but he probably didn’t need much rehearsal for this one.

According to The Athletic, after dancing in the end zone after a 26-yard touchdown run against the Seahawks, he was in the locker room and his living room going over his routine.
The player himself insists he can learn a dance by practising it ten times after watching something on TikTok or looking at Michael Jackson footage.
One of the league’s elite wide receivers despite playing two seasons, he was a fourth round pick in the 2021 NFL draft after a standout college career at the University of Southern California.
He’s definitely made those who overlooked him regret it.
