Erling Haaland blasts penalties at Logan Paul and KSI before cracking up at Arsenal fan’s ‘trophyless’ claim after signing with Prime

Erling Haaland is the latest sporting superstar to join team Prime – and is loving life with Logan Paul and KSI.

The Manchester City frontman has signed up with the YouTube sensations to promote their energy drink, joining huge sporting names Arsenal, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

An announcement was made on Prime’s Instagram page, which showed the trio together and had a caption that read: “The future of hydration meets the future of Football. PRIME x @erling.haaland.”

The then posted a string of hilarious videos, one of which showed both teaming up in goal, but still having zero chance against Haaland penalties.

A further clip showed the Norwegian megastar squaring up to Paul, before turning to KSI but being unable to contain his laughter.

There were similar scenes in a clip posted by Arsenal fan KSI, where Haaland was watching a video from March where the London-born Gunner predicted City would end up trophyless.

“You’re gonna be scoring all these goals and be trophyless. Trophyless with Man City this season, bro,” KSI is seen saying with a grin.

“You ain’t winning the Premier League, let’s be real, Man City have never won a Champions League, and even though they bought you, still ain’t winning the ting!”

A few months on from KSI’s original video, Haaland was a European treble-winner with City, leading him to crack up at KSI who looked gutted.

The two YouTube sensations have been promoting the energy drink since 2022, which led to a massive reaction on social media.

Utilising their mass followings on social media, it has garnered huge publicity and has only grown bigger and bigger in recent times.

And that has now culminated in the arrival of Haaland as one of Prime’s ambassadors, being pictured sporting a Prime T-shirt and necklace, as well as one of the drinks.

That is despite City’s rivals Arsenal adopting Prime as its official hydration drink in 2022.

KSI is a huge Arsenal fan and managed to clinch an agreement with his beloved club last summer.

During hydration breaks in game, Gunners stars can be seen drinking out of bottles with the Prime logo printed on them.

KSI even planned to release a special-edition Prime bottle with a mysterious Arsenal flavour if they won the Premier League last season.

However, after a loss to Nottingham Forest, those plans were shelved as Mikel Arteta’s men were pipped to the title by Haaland and City.

Other sports that have agreed to join team Prime include the UFC, as well as signing Barcelona and Bayern Munich as official hydration partners.

But Haaland might be the biggest star to attach his name to the product after lighting up the Premier League in his debut campaign.

In 35 appearances, he scored 36 times to break the record for most goals scored in a single Premier League campaign.

And his total of 52 in all competitions helped City win the treble, with wins over Manchester United and Inter Milan in the FA Cup final and Champions League final respectively.
