Erik ten Hag booed by Manchester United fans after replacing Rasmus Hojlund with Anthony Martial

Erik ten Hag was dealt a chorus of boos after replacing Rasmus Hojlund with Anthony Martial against Brighton.

Manchester United were in desperate need of a miracle after going two down to Brighton at Old Trafford on Saturday.

Hojlund was brought off and the fans did not like it

Hojlund made his full debut for the Red Devils and even had the goal in the net before VAR chalked it off.

But Ten Hag decided enough was enough with over 20 minutes to go and brought the £72million man off for Martial.

And the home fans were not pleased, as boos rang around Old Trafford directed at the decision.
