Erik ten Hag admits he has ‘no idea’ when Manchester United winger Antony will return
Erik ten Hag kept it brief when asked about Manchester United star Antony.
The Brazilian winger will not feature in this weekend’s game against Brighton after taking a period of absence to address allegations of domestic abuse.

Antony’s ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin claims he assaulted her on four occasions and, since she made her allegations, two more women have come forward.
The 23-year-old denies the claims and investigations are currently ongoing.
The club also made a statement to confirm they acknowledge the allegations, agreeing with the player to delay his return from the international break.
Antony said in a statement that he looked forward to returning to play as soon as possible.
However, when asked for the first time about Antony, Ten Hag was not able to offer a return date.
“No idea [how long until he returns],” he said when asked how long he’ll be away.
When pressed on whether he’s spoken to the winger, he said: “Of course he is disappointed, but he is okay.”
The Dutchman deflected questions about fellow absentee Jadon Sancho in his press conference, too, with the England international training away from the first team over a ‘squad discipline issue’.

But despite both wingers not being available for selection this weekend, Ten Hag says his side aren’t worried about how they’ll cope without them.
He said: “You have sometimes setbacks in seasons, players are injured or for other reasons are not available so you construct a squad and the squad is very good and the players who are available and motivated to give a good performance.”
