New Blues manager Mauricio Pochettino will have to hit the ground running once the summer window officially opens after inheriting a mess at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea finished a pitiful 12th in the Premier League – their lowest since the 1993/94 season – following a series of errors on and off the pitch.
Pochettino will be keen to bring his own players in to put his stamp on an already oversized squad but equally that may mean several high-profile stars could be on their way out.

Chelsea have made a mirrored start to the 2020-21 Premier League season, winning two and losing two of their first four league fixtures.
The Blues have already been active in the transfer window and remain keen to add to their squad before the deadline passes on October 5th.
The latest transfer news regarding Frank Lampard’s side indicates that the club has rejected an improved bid from Lazio for negotating midfielder Jordan Lukaku, while a shock move for Manchester United defender Harry Maguire has been planned.
According to reports, Lazio had offered €15 million for Lukaku, but the bid was turned down by the Blues, who are holding out for a higher fee.
Chelsea are reportedly targeting Maguire as a potential partner for Antonio Rudiger at the back, but the defending Premier League champions may need to sell in order to raise funds for the defender.
Away from incoming transfer targets, France Under-17 international Malang Sarr is still awaiting confirmation of his move from Ligue 1 side Nice.
Chelsea are yet to officially announce the signing of Sarr, but the youngster has already undergone a medical at the club and personal terms have been agreed.
The Blues have also been given an injury update on midfielder Ibrahima Fofana, who has been sidelined with a hamstring problem since October 1st.
Fofana has returned to light training this week and is expected to return to full first team action imminently.
Fans of the London-based side will be hoping that their club is able to strengthen their squad before the transfer window closes, as they look to compete for honours both at home and in Europe this season.
