Chelsea expected to reach £115m agreement with Brighton for Liverpool target Moises Caicedo
Chelsea are set to agree a £115million deal with Brighton for Moises Caicedo, talkSPORT understands.
The midfielder has been a long-standing target for the Blues all summer, with Liverpool also keen on the Ecuadorian.

A late £111million bid from the Reds made it look as though Caicedo would be off to Anfield.
However, it’s understood the player only wanted to join the Blues and it looks like they will sign the Brighton star for what will be a British record fee of £115million.
Chelsea encouraged the 21-year-old to stall on a medical with Liverpool in order to prepare for a hijack.
He was linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in January along with Arsenal but stayed put at the Seagulls.
Caicedo then signed a new long-term deal with Brighton in March but looks set to leave this summer.
Should he complete a move, he will be Chelsea’s seventh signing of the window thus far.
He is set to be paired in midfield with Enzo Fernandez, who joined from Benfica at the beginning of the year for £106.8million.
Fans had hoped a deal would be completed in time for their clash against Liverpool on Sunday.
However, they may have to wait a little longer for the highly anticipated player to sign on the dotted line.
Caicedo really made a name for himself at Brighton last season as he featured in all but one of their Premier League matches.
He may not be the only midfielder to also sign for Chelsea as they set their sights on a move for Romeo Lavia too.
However, Liverpool are also keen on the Southampton star, with the Premier League giants potentially set for another transfer battle.
