Revealing that their first boot will be ‘ground-breaking with innovative technology’ Kane moves over from Nike, having worn an unbranded white pair of boots for his Bayern debut – a 3-0 German Super Cup defeat to Leipzig.
For his Bundesliga debut against Werder Bremen on Friday, the former Tottenham striker will uniquely be wearing Skechers, a decision he explained to his 15 million Instagram followers.
He said: “Skechers approached me a few months ago now, and showed me their vision and showed me what they wanted to do and get into the football space.
“I was blown away by them, I was blown away by the boots and I was really excited to be part of the team, so it’s a new chapter for my boots going forward and I’m excited to see what it brings.”
In a snazzy reveal video, Kane also talks about his career, which recently brought his first-ever transfer, an £86m move to German giants Bayern from life-long club Spurs.
“The most important thing for me is to keep improving,” he says in the announcement. “It’s all about the hours you spend perfecting your craft.
“It took hard work, self-belief and determination. To get to the top you need to sacrifice. You need to push yourself again and again, it’s all in the detail.
“The relentless pursuit of greatness. Be yourself, do what’s right for you, and that’s what I’ve done my whole career, and that’s what I’m doing now.”

Skechers enter football at a premium, with their boots costing a whopping £195Skechers
For fans hoping to replicate the goal-scoring master, there is some bad news when it comes to the price tag.
The boots, which aren’t released until September, are already on the Skechers website at a whopping £195.
However, despite Skechers signing one of the biggest names in sport, Kane has still been gazumped by music artist Snoop Dogg, who instead takes pride of place on their website with his new trainer deal.
